Conference #1: Friday Evening

Title: “Life Stages of the Church”
Description:
Recognizing and understanding the Life Stages of the Church can provide information, direction, and energize pastors and church leaders. You will gain a clearer understanding of where your congregation resides in the “Life Stages of the Church.” You will learn how to use this awareness in the planning process for your congregation.

Conference #2: Saturday Afternoon

Title: ”When Nehemiah Met John Kotter”
Description:
Witnessing the leadership skills of Nehemiah against the backdrop of the writing of John Kotter, a contemporary writer in Change Management, will provide you with a systematic framework for congregational planning as a pastor, leader or congregation.

Conference #3: Saturday Evening

Title: “Using Your Brains for a Change!”
Description:
You will be introduced to very recent research on the human brain. This understanding offers a new and exciting direction for educating, supporting, and developing you as a pastor or lay leader. This research offers you opportunities for more effective leadership in the church and in the community.

"We must be dedicated to our mission, so we may see our vision become reality. Together we can make our Fellowship better."
