Steve Collins
Adults Protecting Children, Inc. 
Hall County, Georgia

Steve Collins is the Founder and Executive Director of Adults Protecting Children, Inc. a non-profit organization that works with churches to develop and implement child protection policies and procedures. Prior to starting this non-profit, Mr. Collins worked for 17 years with a major world mission agency where he helped develop child protection protocols for missionary teams working in various fields around the world. Mr. Collins has been in Christian ministry for over 40 years.
 
He is also a regional prevention coordinator for the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy, serving in the Northeast Georgia region. He has led a prevention effort in this 14-county area that has resulted in over 30,000 adults being training in how to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. He is a state-approved Mandated Reporter trainer. 
 
He is married to Karen. They have 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. He lives in Hall County.

Rev. Dr. Alexander Smith
Elm Street Church of God
Statesboro, Georgia

Dr. Alexander Smith, Jr. is a native of Dublin, Georgia. He is the husband of 35 years to the former Joyce Hines of Pelham, Georgia. Together they are the proud parents of three adult sons, Alex, Brandon, Justin. Having been spiritually nurtured in the Wabash Church of God in Dublin, GA during his youth, it was at age eighteen that Rev. Smith accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's in Communication Arts and Covington Theological Seminary with a Master's and Doctoral degrees in Ministry and Pastoral Care. Pastor Smith aims to be a lifelong learner as he is currently enrolled in the master's program in the School of Theology at Anderson University for Chaplaincy.
 
For the past twenty-six years he has served as the pastor of the Elm Street Church of God in Statesboro. Pastor Smith has served the former Georgia General Assembly of the Church of God in the following capacities: President of the Youth Inspirational Fellowship, Chairman of the Credentials Committee and State Chairman. His pastoral ministry goes beyond the church walls in the Statesboro area as a chaplain at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center and a team member with a community jail ministry at the Bulloch County Correctional Institute.  He is a spiritual father to several pastors in our district as well as the Overseer for the Portal Church of God.




​Rev. Dr. Dorthy Osgood-Williams
New Generation First Church of God
Augusta, Georgia

Dr. Dorothy O. Williams is the current pastor of New Generation First Church of God in Augusta, GA.  Previously, she served as pastor of the Straight Gate Church of God in Midville, GA and as interim pastor of the North 17th Street Church of God in Harrisburg, PA. Prior to pastoring, she served as a short-term missionary in Japan, assisting the career missionaries and teaching at the Church of God School in Toyoko, Japan. Also, she was a member the National Association of the Church of God Leadership Development Board, and an instructor in their In-Service Training Institute at Anderson University, Anderson, IN.

​Dr. Williams earned her B.S. degree from Berea College in Berea, Kentucky; her MSW from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio; and her PhD in Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore.  She was a professor of Social Work at Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA, and later served as chair of the social work department at Benedict College in Columbia, SC until she retired in 2012.  Upon retirement, she became an independent contractor counseling military personnel and their families through their Military Family Life Counseling Program.  Dr. Williams is a licensed clinical social worker in both Georgia and South Carolina.

​Rev. Terri Montague
Martin Street Church of God
Atlanta, Georgia

​

Rev. Terri Montague, Esq. is an Associate Minister at Martin Street Church of God (Atlanta, GA) who also serves as a member of the Church of God Ministries Council representing the Southeast Region and General Assembly appointee to its subcommittee on Conditional Deeding.

​Previously, Rev. Montague has served the Church of God nationally, regionally, and locally through: appointments on the Business & Leadership Resource Committee and Vision-2-Grow Leadership Development Task Force; as a Credentials committee member for the Chesapeake, Delaware, Potomac (CDP) and Northeast Area CHOG districts; and through pastoral or other ministry leadership roles at local congregations in Boston (MA), Baltimore (MD), and Washington, DC.

Rev. Montague applies her interdisciplinary training and experience in theology, law, city planning, real estate, and sustainability to advance God’s Kingdom and  promote equitable, affordable housing and community development solutions, locally and nationally. 



Rev. Jason McClendon
Community Church of God
​Macon, Georgia

Pastor Jason E. McClendon is the Senior Pastor/Teacher of Community Church of God in Macon, Georgia. Community Church of God is a vibrant, multi-generational congregation of believers who are significantly impacting their circles of influence by loving people extravagantly.  Under his visionary leadership the church has experienced growth both numerically and spiritually.

Rev. McClendon joins the CGM leadership cabinet in this advancement role, eager to connect with individuals and churches to find opportunity for the joining of their passions with Church of God Ministries. 
As the pastor of Community Church of God in Macon, Georgia, Rev. McClendon has followed the Holy Spirit to make Jesus the subject in the congregation he leads and the neighborhood they serve. Not only a tenured pastor and empowering leader, Rev. McClendon also possesses a successful background in sales, building teams, and financial competency. While he’s certainly already well-known across much of the Church of God movement, those who have the pleasure of meeting him in this new role will soon discover his humble demeanor, his inspiring gift of communication, and his undeniable love for people. As executive director of advancement for Church of God Ministries, Jason McClendon will continue to pastor and reside in Georgia with his wife Sylvia and their two children. 

His commitment and involvement in ministry, reaches far beyond the four walls of the church and the local community of Macon. He serves as the Southeastern Urban Missions Director of The U.S. for Church of God Ministries. He also serves as the Credentials Chairman for the Georgia Fellowship of the Church of God which helps provides oversight to over 56 congregations. He is also the visionary leader of the Community Empowerment Center Inc. in which he serves as the Chief Operating Officer (www.cecmacon.org), and serves as a Chaplain for Macon-Bibb County Sheriff’s Department. Pastor McClendon is also the Chairman of the Macon-Bibb Council for Racial & Social Economic Justice (Formerly Macon-Bibb Council of Clergy). Throughout the country he has ministered to various congregations, conventions, and conferences.  Globally, he has touched the lives of individuals in countries such as Mexico, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Honduras, England, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and the Bahamas.

​Pastor McClendon’s favorite scripture is Acts 10:38 “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”

​Rev. Brent Vicars
Legacy Church Canton
Holly Springs, Georgia

Rev. Brent S. Vicars is the Lead Pastor of Legacy Church Canton, GA. He has served Legacy Church in multiple roles for the last 13 years. He is currently serving on The GA Fellowship Board of Elders. He is a mentor for Teach One to Lead One in multiple schools as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Canton Salvation Army. He love missions work, spending time with the Youth and young adults of Legacy Church. He has been married for 24 years to April and has two children, Samantha and Scott. He lives in Holly Springs GA

The 2021 Wadley Camp Meeting is presented without a registration fee.

However, the Board of Elders of the Georgia Fellowship would like to encourage the Fellowship to donate as generously as the Holy Spirit would lead you to help maintain the business and expenses of the fellowship.

The Elders have been challenged to lead in this effort by donating at least $100.
